Smycorp has been a senior partner and advisor on a 14 acre site acquired in mid 2016 from CN Rail in downtown Moncton NB. The site sits across from the new convention center and to date the partnership has completed a purpose built Goodlife gym and phase one of a planned three tower residential (with retail at grade) complex. Phase one was fully pre-leased and the second and third buildings are to commence in 2021.
