Purchased in 2016 and located at the base of the Theatre Park condominium, this space was purpose built for high end retail (ideally a restaurant). The partnership was successful in securing a quality restaurant operator, who unfortunately reneged, followed by the Covid pandemic. This incredibly well-located asset is now being repositioned by the partnership for office and/or retail post pandemic.
