Smycorp purchased a 50% interest in 260 Richmond Street East with the anchor tenant, Metcap Living Inc, who currently occupies the upper floors (2nd and 3rd) of the building. Smycorp relet all of the ground floor and repositioned the asset to better reflect the changing face of Downtown East. The building is located immediately East of the 600,000 square foot condo development by Aspen Ridge Developments. The partners invested over $500,000 worth of improvements to the building. The building was fully leased by the end of 2006.
